New tariffs will hit Chinese textile exporters

Chinese textile companies claim they will have to "make sacrifices." following Friday's announcement that China will raise the export tariffs on 74 textile products beginning on June 1.

Industry insiders complain that their share in key markets will be reduced, as they will have to raise export prices to maintain their already low margins.
