Muslim nations announce trade pact

The Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC), have announced that Muslim countries are planning a preferred trading bloc by end-2005 to help bridge a gap between oil-rich and impoverished Islamic nations.

The OIC includes Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait Afghanistan, Sierra Leone and Bangladesh.
