Electronics: Sumitomo Corporation to make parts in Vietnam

Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation will invest $6 million for an electronic parts production factory in Vietnam’s central city of Danang.

In related news, the Japan Real Estate Association and Japanese-invested Danang Development and Investment Shareholding Company are planning to build a complex of duty-free shops, entertainment centers and residences for foreigners working in the city.
