London Explosions: Was Israel warned in advance?

Although I am sceptical at this stage, below is a short extract and link to a report that the Israeli Embassy was warned in advance of the attacks in London.

Arutz Sheva, which describes itself as, "IsraelNationalNews site offering text, live-audio news and analysis in English and Hebrew," reports that -"Army Radio quoting unconfirmed reliable sources reported a short time ago that Scotland Yard had intelligence warnings of the attacks a short time before they occurred.

The Israeli Embassy in London was notified in advance, resulting in Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu remaining in his hotel room rather than make his way to the hotel adjacent to the site of the first explosion"
