Management: Shanghai managers liable for employees meals

Company managers in Shanghai, will face fines if they buy takeaway meals or lunch boxes from unlicensed catering firms.

A new regulation that goes into effect on August 11 enables, ( I am buggered if I am going to use "empowered"!) employees to report their managers to local health authorities if they provide food bought from unlicensed restaurants or food companies.
