Mergers: Antitrust regulators seek more information from Adobe and Macromedia

Government antitrust regulators are seeking more information about the pending $3.4 billion acquisition of Macromedia Inc. by Adobe Systems Inc. before allowing the deal to go through, the companies said.

The U.S. Department of Justice has issued a Request for Additional Information and Documentary Materials (second request) requesting information about design tools offered by the companies.
