Advertising: 50 Cent sues car dealership

Following my article yesterday about the Rolling Stones not getting any satisfaction from Germany's conservative Christian Democrats using "Angie," without permission, 50 Cent has a similar grievance with a Philadelphia car dealership, Gary Barbera's Dodgeland.

A lawsuit filed in federal court against a Philadelphia car dealership, Gary Barbera's Dodgeland, alleges it ran newspaper advertisements using his photo without permission.

There is a twist however, as 50 Cent had already taken part in a car giveaway promotion for WRDW. Several demos were recorded in which he mentioned the dealership.
