Ads featuring sad birthday parties and injustice, will form part of Taiwan's campaign for U.N. membership.
Large scale ads will be placed in electronic and print media along with outdoor billboards in New York, Washington and Belgium. Taiwan's membership bid will also become cover wraps for Time Magazine.
The China Post reports that earlier this year Taiwan hired U.S. PR firm Barbour Griffith & Rogers in a $4.5 million deal for lobbying work up to 2008.
In July 2004, the Kurdish Democratic Party retained BG&R "to ensure that Iraqi Kurdistan maintains its autonomy from Baghdad in the new Iraq Government" and for the "return of oil-rich Kirkuk, which Saddam Hussein had "Arabized" as the capital of the region, to Kurdistan.
