Goodnight from Sydney!

Time for me to call it a night! As usual, I will do a quick round up of local news that may interest those overseas.

In rural New South Wales, an 11 year old boy became the youngest person in the state to appear in court charged with rape. It's alleged that he and his 15 year old brother, plus another boy aged 14, raped a 13 year old girl - who did not know her attackers.

The 14 year old has been released on bail under a renewed Apprehended Violence Order. The boys who can not be named, face a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted.

On a lighter note, a baby girl has been born in a pub bathroom in Melbourne. Metropolitan Ambulance Service spokeswoman Liana Cross said, "They (the parents) were on their way to the hospital. They ducked in to the hotel for the mother to go to the loo and ended up delivering the baby in the bathroom."

Both mother and baby are doing just fine!

Wherever you may be - be safe!

Tonight's photo was taken at the Skyway outside Katoomba in the Blue Mountains, outside Sydney. It depicts the legend of The Three Sisters.
