Human Resources: Survey reveals big change in online recruitment practices

IRS Employment Review, published by LexisNexis Butterworths, reveals a big change in online recruitment over the last three years. Over two thirds of FTSE 100 companies ask potential applicants to register and create profiles and 13% include screening questions.

Another trend mirrors Australian recruitment practices where graduates are not the sole targets for recruitment. An increasing number of companies realise that a degree is not necessarily a guarantee of ability.
