International Development: Burkina Faso hit by drought, locusts - and thieving officials

Reuters reports that police in Burkina Faso have arrested five senior officials accused of stealing aid donated to save the country's starving.The country is facing food shortages because of drought and locusts.

The more I monitor international aid and international development, the more I realise there is a lot of money to be made from poverty.
