International Development: Vietnam gets $200 million loan to reduce poverty

The State Bank of Vietnam reports that the World Bank has approved a $100 million interest-free loan for the country's 4th Poverty Reduction Support Credit (PRSC4).

Eleven other multilateral and bilateral donors have pledged to grant another $100 million to the program in the form of preferential loans or non-refundable aid.
