Trade: Nigerian companies being sued by Chinese counterparts

Thirteen Chinese companies have sued Nigerian companies for trade fraud in the past seven months, involving a total sum of $4 million.

The Xinmin Evening News made the following comment, "Nigerian businessmen, who have poor goodwill in international commerce, take every opportunity to commit fraud by using unconfirmed credit, duplicated bank guarantees, fake official documents and 'E-business cheating."
