Trade: Vietnam and Iran discuss bilateral cooperation

Iran and Vietnam have explored further consolidation of bilateral relations and cooperation.

Chairman of the Expediency Council Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, "The two countries enjoy good bilateral cooperation which should be used for expansion of ties."

He also expressed Iran's readiness to help Vietnam with its development projects and to put its expertise at the disposal of that country.

He did not say if Vietnam would help Iran get used to American troops burning their towns and villages. Something else they may soon have in common.
