Human Resources: British SMEs hiring faster than larger rivals

According to a survey by recruitment company Manpower, SMEs are hiring staff faster than their larger competitors.

16% more medium sized and 15% more small businesses intended to expand their workforce in the three months to September. The rate for larger companies was just 11%.
