International Development: Kuwait donates $10 million to Iraqi stampede victims

Kuwait has approved a donation of $10 million to Iraq following the recent stampede that killed hundreds of people.

Half of the aid will be given to the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, and the rest to the Iraqi government.

I guess you can kiss goodbye to most of that donation.
