International Relations: Cuba accuses US of genocide

Cuban Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister, Bruno Rodriguez, has said that he US blockade against Cuba, is genocide.

In support of his theory he cited the Convention for the Prevention and the Sanction of the Crime of Genocide of 1948. He pointed out the US has broken UN norms on international law, free trade and navigation, and has repeatedly ignored international resolutions approved by General Assembly.

Doesn't he realise that breaking all of the above is the norm for the US?
