Small Business: Employers should make toilets their number one priority

A British survey conducted by washroom services company Sanity Group, reveals that four out of five respondents find toilet facilities provided by their employers as "disgraceful" or having "room for improvement".

Sanity warns that 80 per cent of small firms could face prosecution for failing to provide appropriate bathroom facilities under the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations.
