Defense: India seeks to work with Russia to develop new weapons

Indian Foreign Minister Natwar Singh has said that India and Russia should aim at joint action in military matters and the creation of new weapons.

Addressing students at the Moscow Institute of International Relations, he used the development of the Bramos anti-ship cruise missiles for the Indian navy, as an example of such cooperation.
