Defense: Sudan looks to Russia for arms

A Sudanese military delegation is visiting Tatarstan to visit a helicopter plant and a company that produces night vision devices.

They will sign a contract on aircraft supplies with the helicopter plant and also visit the Gorkiy Shipbuilding Plant, as well as an ammunition factory.

Perhaps they can buy some food to feed their people as well. Oh no - why do that when you can get others to do that for you.
