Education: And the winner is - Vermont

The Times Argus reports that according to a report by Kansas publisher Morgan Quitno Press, Vermont is the brightest state in the U.S.A.

Next in line is Connecticut, followed by Massachusetts, New Jersey and Maine. Bottom of the list is Arizona, with Mississippi just above.
