Education: Cuba and Vietnam to forge closer education ties

Cuba and Vietnam have reportedly signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation aimed at facilitating academic, cultural and scientific exchange.

The document includes pre-schooling and graduate cooperation, joint research works, as well as exchanges of teaching methods, scientific-technical information and of high level experts.
