Energy: Romania and Turkey set to replace Bulgaria as electricity supplier for the Balkans

Following the shut down of two reactors at Bulgaria's Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant, Romania and Turkey look set to replace Bulgaria as electricity supplier for the Balkans.

The closure of the two reactors was one of the EU's main preconditions for signing an accession treaty.

I am sure the people of the Balkans will be thrilled at the prospect of depending on Romania for their electricity needs.
