Wearing pink stickers, (I wonder if they are made in Chinese sweat shops like the Make Poverty History wristbands) reading "Sluts Unite" and "Whore Power", men and women working in the European sex industry have taken their demands for prostitutes' rights to the European Parliament.
The International Committee on the Rights of Sex Workers in Europe, are urging the European Union to end discrimination of the sex industry. They believe that regulating the sector would curb exploitation and boost prostitutes' willingness to pay tax in return for rights and social protection.
