Human Resources: Exxon-Mobil workers given fake flu injections

Health Central reports that as many as 1,000 workers of the Exxon-Mobil company, as well as 14 residents of a local senior citizens home received shots of purified water instead of the flu vaccine.

Iyad Abu El Hawa, 35, the owner of three Houston home health care centers, has been arrested and charged with Medicare fraud in connection with the 14 residents but charges involving the Exxon-Mobil workers at a company health fair, are yet to be filed.
