Human Resources: Sears Canada to shed 1,200 jobs

Sears Canada is to cut 1,200 jobs across Canada to improve productivity and streamline operations. Sears have already sold its credit and financial services division and will focus on its core department store business.

None of the jobs being slashed are unionized positions
