Lifestyle: Polish leader warns of state intervention if gays try to "infect others"

The probable new Polish leader has called homosexuality "unnatural" and ominously added: "If such a person tries to infect others with their homosexuality, then the state has to intervene in such an abuse of freedom."

Showing his tolerant side, Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz, nominated by the Law and Justice party to lead the next government as prime minister, said that he judged people by their actions, not sexual orientation.
