Ahmad Chalabi, the man created by perception managers, the John Rendon Group, has claimed that Iraq's oil exports will rise 20 per cent when a new government is formed.
Speaking as head of Iraq's Energy Council, he said he still favoured giving priority to US and British firms in developing Iraq's oil reserves.
"US and British oil companies should have the first right of refusal because the United States and Britain committed to the liberation of Iraq. This is still my view. It may not be shared by the rest of the government."
It's a view that probably wont be shared by other nations in the coalition of the willing, especially those whose soldiers were killed or wounded in Iraq.
