Trade: U.S. trade delegation hits storm battered Central America

US Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, is leading a group of 18 US executives on a trip to Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

Officialy the trip is to take advantage of the new free trade agreement and explore trade and investment opportunities. However, there are others who see it as an attempt to target local economies weakened by recent natural disasters.

The delegation includes representatives of Ford Motor Company, Hewlett-Packard, Eastman Chemical Company and the Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association.
