The Times Online reports that hardline Swedish feminists have presented a manifesto advocating a "man tax", the abolition of marriage and the creation of "gender-neutral" names.
The so called, "man-tax," is designed to cover the cost of violence against women in the home.
However, extreme as these measures may seem, they are mild in comparison to the views of Swedish feminist Ireen von Wachenfeldt. In a TV documentary she proclaimed that men are animals, and had excerpts of the extremist American feminist manifesto, "SCUM" (Society for cutting up men) in the shelter she used to run. They urge women to destroy the male sex.
