Advertising: Sri Lankan mum claims toddler was tormented to make him cry for political ad

Colombo Page, reports that a mother has lodged a complaint with the National Child Protection Authority, claiming her two-and-half-year-old child had been tormented to make him cry for a scene in a political ad. She also claims she was unaware the child would be used for a political ad.

The ad claims that the price of milk food would be reduced if UNP presidential candidate Ranil Wickremasinghe becomes President.
