Rwanda has been ranked the most corruption free country in the region by a recent survey carried out by Transparency International.
The 2005 Corruption Perception Index (CPI) Report, gave Rwanda a score of 3.1 out of a possible "perfect ten". This placed the contry above Tanzania, Zambia, Uganda and Kenya.
The"cleanest" African country according to the report is a country I have a soft spot for, Tunisia with 4.9 points. South Africa was next with 4.5 points.
