Defense: Russian-Ukrainian Committee set to start work on Black Sea Fleet

The Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov, has said that the Russian-Ukrainian Committee on the Black Sea Fleet will soon be launched.

He admitted the fleet based in the Crimea had, "many problems, including the replacement of ships and the functioning of the Feodosiya training range, and they are not disregarded".

Those problems are currently the responsibility of the Putin-Yushchenko Commission.
