Defense: Spain to sell planes to Venezuela

Spain is to sell 12 military planes and eight patrol boats to Venezuela in a deal worth $2 billion.

The United States has threatened to block the deal but no doubt Hugo Chavez, will tell Washington to get stuffed. The Spanish Defense Minister Jose Bono, has agreed with Chavez, that the deal should not concern Washington.
