Juliana Andrade reports in Brazzil Magazine (spelling is correct!), that Brazil's Special Secretariat of Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality (Seppir) and the National Economic and Social Development Bank (BNDES) are studying a development-oriented proposal to assist black entrepreneurs in Brazil.
According to Matilde Ribeiro, head of the Seppir, "the black population is the one that suffers the most from economic inequality in the country".
