Industrial Relations: China Airlines avoids industrial action

The trade union representing employees of China Airlines Ltd, have called off a planned protest after the airline agreed to renew a collective agreement and improve flight attendants' working conditions.

It seems the agreement did not come easy - the union and management had met 84 times previously without reaching agreement.
