Investment: India delays plans to ease restrictions on foreign investments

The Indian government has delayed plans to ease restrictions on foreign investments, reportedly because of differences within the Cabinet. The decision is seen as a blow to liberalisation plans. A panel of ministers will now consider the proposals and report in two weeks.
