South Korea is planning to push Kaesong Industrial Complex in North Korea, as an attractive destination for foreign investors.

As members of APEC gather in Busan, South Korea's second largest city, the APEC Investment Opportunities 2005 fair is predicted to attract over 300 overseas business people, investors and industry experts. Many have requested information on opportunities in the industrial complex.

Situated north of Panmunjom, Kaesong is an industrial development zone where North and South Korean companies can operate legally.
