Lifestyle: Israelis happy with their lives and jobs

A survey by the Central Bureau of Statistics, reveals that approximately 82 percent of Israeli adults are either satisfied or very satisfied with their lives.

Over half of the respondents (52 percent), said they are optimistic about their future and believe their lives will improve in the near future, 27 percent estimate their situation will remain unchanged. Another, 11 percent said their situation will worsen.

When it comes to job satisfaction roughly 80 percent of employed respondents said are satisfied or very satisfied with their jobs. Eighty two per cent of Jewish population said they were happy compared to 72 percent of the Arab population.
