Oil: Database will save the world's economy

Reuters reports that British finance minister Gordon Brown, claims that a database of world oil producers and consumers recently launched in Riyadh, will help bring stability to the world economy.

I think it will take a lot more than a database to stabilise the global economy Gordon.

I think I must be in my cynical and "heard it all before, seen no results" mood today.
