Outsourcing: Dubai says try us - it's nicer

Dubai is trying to woo overseas companies to outsource to Dubai rather than India or China, by promoting Dubai as a far nicer place to live than Mumbai for example.

The strategy seems to have worked. The Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ), has recently signed a major deal with an overseas company - from India.
