Sex Trade: Yemen women forced into sex industry due to poverty

I guess this is yet another case of stating the bleeding obvious, but according to the Women’s' Forum for Research and Training (WFRT), sex workers in Yemen are forced into the industry because of poverty. The study also noted that - wait for it - most of the sex workers were without jobs.

The organisation only interviewed a small number of women as sex work is a taboo subject in Yemen.
