Trade: Venezuela and Cuba forge closer links

Venezuela intends to increase business with Cuba to $4 billion next year - almost double that of this years total. This will include investments in housing projects and two Cuban oil refineries.

As Venezuela and Cuba forge closer links, Venezuela is now Cuba's top trading partner with $1.4 billion, the vast majority of that being regular exports of petroleum.
