The South African government is to introduce additional laws to help tackle the problem of violence against women. Speaking at the launch of a 16 day campaign which has the slogan, "16 Days For Life" Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo Ngcuka, said that delay in passing the Sexual Offences Bill, were due to "inputs which had to be taken into consideration".
