Aerospace: Russian and Indonesia to operate communications satellite

Russia and Indonesia signed a memorandum on the launch of a communications satellite.

Under the agreement, Indonesian communications operator Telcom and Russia's Kosmicheskaya Svyaz, will build and operate a satellite that will broadcast to both countries as well as several other South-east Asian nations.
