Consumer: Bills are bad for your health

According to local media, a Bangladeshi worker died from a heart attack after seeing his electricity bill. The children of the poor man say he had just recovered from an earlier heart attack after viewing a previous electricity bill.

Does this mean that those of us who live in the Nanny State, where anything that may potentially harm you is banned, will see spokespersons for a variety of cloud-cuckoo land organisations, clamouring for bills to be made illegal?
