Corporate Crime: Dutch businessman jailed over dual-use nuclear technology offences

Henk Slebos, a Dutch businessman convicted of overseeing the sale of dual-use nuclear technology to Pakistan, has been sentenced to a year prison.

The court ruled that the 62-year-old director of Slebos Research BV, violated Dutch export laws by shipping banned technology to Pakistan knowing it would used as part of the country's nuclear program.

The offences took place between 1999 and 2002.
