Goodnight from Sydney

I am a few posts short of a blog today!

Normally I like to post 10 articles per day, but what I assumed would be a routine follow up examination following eye surgery, turned out to be a lot more complex and disappointing than I anticipated.

Tonight I sat down, opened all my media feeds and started to scan items of interest. I soon realised one of two things had happened. Either hundreds of headlines from all around the world, had for some unknown reason. all been written in Russian, or my eyes were out of focus.

I decided that it didn't really matter which of the above applied, the end result was the same, i.e forget it!

To complicate matters further, tomorrow is Friday and the last of my regular Friday treatments. Now I realise it sounds as though I need a lot of WD40 and duct tape to get me back into working order, but it is far from the case - and I certainly don't feel that way. But it does mean the blog will not be published until Friday afternoon Sydney time, at the earliest. To give you a rough guide, Sydney is 16 hours ahead of NYC and 11 ahead of London.
