The Sydney Morning Herald reports - with some very interesting pictures - that our Commonwealth Bank has been forced to apologise over a "grooming handbook" given to customer serving staff.
Among the recommendations are:
* employees wear flesh-coloured knickers (who is going to check?)
* no shiny stockings because they tend to make legs look larger
* rings be restricted to two per hand while earrings should be no larger than a 10 cent piece
I wonder if they produce a handbook advising all bank staff to take their lunch at the same time.
