International Development: Food and medical supplies sent to famine hit Papua regency

The Jakarta post, reports that food and medical supplies are being sent to Papua's remote Yahukimo regency. At least 55 people have allegedly died in a famine in the area - although the health minister has denied there is any problem.

The famine is being blamed oh harvest failure.
